Last weekend as the weather was so beautiful I went for a spot of shopping with my mum. When I go shopping I tend to wear some comfortable shoes because I know that I'll be walking in and out of so many shops and the worse thing would be having sore feet. So I opted for a pair of trainers for this look.
My Blue Vanilla white and black chiffon blazer that etailPR sent for me was perfect for the weather. It kept the wind at bay, while not making me really hot or uncomfortable. This blazer isn't really my style, but and mentioned in this post here, I have been experimenting lately with a lot of new styles and so far, I haven't found anything that I haven't fallen in love with.
The print on this blazer is to die for. So elegant and so girly, but the plain black background really helps to toughen the look. It also looks great with the denim A-line button down skirt I have teamed it with. On colder days I reckon I'll pop a pair of jeans on for a casual day. For a more formal look you could pair this jacket with a pair of tapered trousers in pink with a white plain vest and a pair of silver loafers. Brb, just going to purchase that whole outfit right now.
Back to the trainers. I've never really been a trainers type of girl, but since I bought these Adidas Honey Low, I can't take them off my feet. They go with practically anything and also helps give this 'eh, I haven't even tried' look which is current right now.
What do you think of the whole trainers and skirt/ dress trend? It was a slow burner for me, but I can't seem to get enough of it now.
