In Mays Glossybox, I received a full sized Jelly Pong Pong mascara. You can't imagine my excitement when I opened my box. I've heard a lot about Jelly Pong Pong and in a previous Glossybox I have used and loved their lip tinted moisturiser. So I was excited to try this out. The box itself says that this mascara is "not for the faint hearted" and that it "makes eye lashes flutter, thicker & curvier." And it truly does.
At a first glance:
I was unsure about this product, the packaging doesn't look luxurious like high end products. The box is cute in a pale blue with white and pink flowers, however the mascara itself looks quite childlike, the wand looks like it won't really work and i was hesitant to try it. It reminded me of something I would have liked around ten years ago. As the saying goes, never judge a book by its cover.
Because it really is a great product. My eyelashes feel so long, I can feel them on my brow bone which I absolutely love. You can reapply the product without it getting clumpy and it has a real good black colour. It also doesn't smudge throughout the day.
All in all I am very pleased with this product despite the child like packaging. This product is £15 and can be bought from here.
