Renting A Car With Enterprise Car Club

As a blogger who lives in London, I very rarely use a car. I own one, and I generally use that on the weekends to go see my boyfriend and catch up with friends. But during the week I tend to use trains and Ubers, which gets extremely expensive. So when I found out about Enterprise Car Club I was pleasantly surprised to hear that you could rent a car on an hourly basis and pick it up from a location near me, while having insurance and petrol all covered without having to worry about it.

For me, this is great as during the week. I am constantly running around events and by the end of the evening I find myself carrying a lot of bags, my feet are hurting and I just want to be alone listening to some music while getting home. So Enterprise Car Club is perfect for that.

Last week I was headed for shopping and decided to give Enterprise Car Club a try. Once I applied and was approved for a membership, I rented the car through their app (which was so easy). I simply chose how many hours I needed the car, the date and found the car nearest to where I live.

Having something so accessible during the week is ideal for me, and anyone else who lives a busy life as it’s so easily acquirable; especially during the week when you're rushing around. Simply book in advance or last minute (your call) and then you're ready to go collect your car with your membership card, which actually unlocks the car. During your time with the car, you will be charged 21p per mile which covers everything from the full tank of petrol to the insurance. Once your time has come to an end, simply bring the car back to where you picked it up from and use your membership card to lock the car.

I always say this, but technology simply amazes me. The fact that I was able to unlock a car by placing a card on the windscreen literally blew my mind. The car keys are located in the glove box and the car will only start once you have placed your pin in. How awesome is that?

Those of you who follow me on Instagram saw me posting about my experience with Enterprise Car Club and I've been so excited to tell you all about this fantastic concept which is so handy. I chose a Ford Fiesta which was located a few miles from my house and was surprised to see that the car had been driven just over 700 miles, so essentially, when booking with Enterprise Car Club you get the chance to drive a brand new car--safe, hassle free and unproblematic.

Normally, when I think of renting a car I worry about all the paperwork and think that I HAVE to book in a few weeks advance and use the car for at least an entire day, but Enterprise Car Club is perfect for those spur of the moment trips.

Car Club is offering £10 in driving credits with new memberships. Anyone who wishes to apply simply needs to enter BLOGCC in the promo code box when signing up.

Why not check out Enterprise Car Club on Twitter and Facebook to get more information about how they work and why I'm currently so obsessed with them.
