Black And White Lovin'

Jumper Asos | Skirt Zara (similar here) | Boots Linzi | Bag Asos

Oh monochrome, how I love thee. Black and white is an essential palette one must have in their wardrobe. Especially for those "I CANT FIND ANYTHING TO WEAR" days!

This look is something that if I could get away with wearing everyday without thinking "I'm too overdressed to go to pick up some fruit" I would. So I save it for more exciting days, like when I'm going to pick up a cake  a nice restaurant.

The boots, are to die for, I've probably rambles on about a million times how obsessed I am with these, but they are just so perfect. Style; check...comfort; check...black; check. What more could a girl want in a pair of boots.

I've teamed my oh so fabulous boots with my leather skirt. Now between you and me, I bought this skirt thinking I wont even like it (you know how long those oxford street Zara fitting room queues are) but I thought I'd give it a go, and I'm so glad I did. It is the softest skirt ever and it's only faux leather. I can wear it with anything and it instantly makes my outfit look so much more expensive.

By teaming it with a turtle neck white jumper I've kept the outfit quite sophisticated while still remaining warm.

What's your thoughts on this look? I'd love to hear so leave a comment down below.

OOTD: 60s Dress

Dress Primark | Leather Jacket Zara | Boots Zara | Bag Zara | Sunglasses Gucci

I never really like having my hair up in a ponytail (especially a low one) but with some tumblr and Instagram inspiration I embraced the style and it looks amazing with this dress.

The dress from Primark (£10) looks fab with opaque tights, bare legs, dressed up or dressed down. I've worn it both for work and for a night out with the girls.

What I like about this dress is that it's quite lose yet tight in all the right places, making it one of the most flattering dresses I've worn in ages. It also has a strange aztec/ 60s feel too it and I can't get enough of it.

I've had this leather jacket two seasons now and I still love it as much as the first day I bought it, it looks so elegant and goes with any look.

This look is easily achieved with a statement dress. Keep it casual with accessories and you'll be sorted.

OOTD: Textures

Thursday, 9 October 2014

All items Zara

I've been super busy today and have been working on some new exciting things for my blog but I thought I'd upload a quick snap of todays outfit.

I've never really liked the look of fur, but this year I'm obsessed (faux of course).

I love winter as you really get to experiment with different textures and layers. I've got denim, knitwear, leather and fur. Layering is key.

I generally try to keep colours minimal but todays outfit was a mix max. However they all work together as they are all different materials.

Why don't you try experimenting with different textures and send me a picture at #teralstextures

OOTD: Blame It On The Night

Dress Primark | Shoes Zara | Bag Chanel | Ring Turkey | Belt  Alexander McQueen | Watch Burberry | Sunglasses Celine

Fashion is not about buying lots of different things, it's about working with what you've got and styling it to be something that suits your body and your personality.

I feel like this collar makes me look like a school girl but with schools and university students getting ready to start it's bang on trend.

I love mixing high street with designer and have found a perfect mix of Primark and Chanel.

I also adore the contrast between dogtooth print and a bright clashing colour. This can easily be done with a pair of dogtooth trousers and a clashing top.

Feel free to leave comments, check out my social media and subscribe to my blog for more outfits of the day.

Dress Missguided | Poncho Miss Selfridge | Boots Zara | Bag Brandy Melville | Sunglasses Primark | Necklace Ebay

I am longing for autumn/winter now.

It's that in-between stage where the winter clothes are all over the shops, mornings and evenings are freezing and during the day is mildly warm. I would much rather it be one season, not a mixture of three.

None the less, I am able to wear my poncho (blanket) out with a cute little dress. I'm so in love with this poncho, the colour is great for the winter and it is absolutely so warm, would look great over a leather jacket as well as just a large cardigan.

Lots of Love
