Updated Skincare Routine Ft Nu Skin

Recently I have been using the Nuskin beauty products and I have noticed a positive change in my skin. When winter kicks in, my skin seems to fluctuate between oily and dry. I have dry patches around my nose (and I don't even have the flu) and my T-Zone remains quite oily. 

Currently, I am really enjoying using face masks. They make me feel a little more glamourous, and I have really noticed a difference in my skin. I've been using the Epoch Glacial Marine Mud Mask for a few months now and I can see that my skin is a lot smoother, softer and has an overall more healthy looking glow. 

My skin tends to remember products that I use, so I tend to switch the products I use on a monthly basis, but seeing as masks, are something I don't do quite often, I've only been using this one.

The other products that I have been using are the NaPCA Moisture Mist which can be used as a face, hair and body mist. Generally, I use this on my face only, but for travelling this is perfect as it's an all rounder product. 

I've also been enjoying using the Moisture Restore Day SPF15 as I think it's so important to protect your skin from sun damage all year round. Finding a daily cream with SPF makes it that much easier.

Finally, to take my make up off (and again in the morning) the Pure Cleansing Gel is perfect. It's so light and hydrating.

Nu Skin Lipgloss

I haven't done a beauty post in what seems like forever. But recently these gorgeous lip glosses from NuSkin landed on my doorstep and I have been obsessed with them ever since.

I haven't used lipgloss in years but these aren't ones that we are familiar with. When NuSkin create a new product, they do it properly. NuSkin have created their new Nu Colour contour lipgloss in Crystal Clear, Sweet Pink and Tender Beige.

These are unlike anything you've tried before. These lip glosses help define your lips, focusing mainly on the cupid bow which creates a defined and plump lip. I've tried lip plumping lip glosses before and they always irritate my lips with that tingly feeling. But these NuColour contour lipgloss doesn't leave any sensation. 

Not only this, but it doesn't feel sticky and is really easy to put on. If you don't have time to mess around with lipstick, this is perfect for you! It's recommended to use three times a day for best results, so the easy application is really well thought out.

NuSkin Mascara

Nu Colour Curling Mascara Black (*)

When it comes to mascaras I'm a huge fan on these bristle wands. For me, I feel like they're the perfect wands for layering, and great for everyday when you don't want to apply too much. Essentially, they're one of the easier brushes to use, without leaving your eyelashes feeling clumpy and heavy.

Recently I've been using the Nu Colour Curling Mascara in Black and I haven't used anything else since it's arrival. It's great when you find a mascara that does what it says on the box. Curling mascara. How many times have we been fooled into buying mascaras that promise false lash effects, only to be left disapointed and if you're like me, heart broken. 

What I love most about this mascara in particular is the slight curved shape to the want. This makes it perfect for the top and bottom lashes. Never have my bottom lashes been so long and defined. 

Another point I must mention is the fact that the mascara doesn't run or smudge down my face and is really easy to remove after being on all day long.

Nu Skin- Tru Face Essence Ultra Firming Serum

Nu skin True Skin Essence Ultra Firming Serum(*)

Nu Skin is slowly but surely becoming one of my favourite beauty brands. If you haven't see my Nu Skin hair products review you can catch it here.

Recently I have been trying their newest product. The True Skin Essence Ultra Firming Serum. This product only launched at the beginning of April but it is sure to be a best seller.

The product comes with 60 capsules, you snap the top off and use one capsule for one area. I don't tend to use this product everyday as it is extremely luxurious, but those days when you're pampering yourself it's a great way to spoil your skin.

This product is on the costly side, but as soon as you place the serum on your skin you can tell why.

The serum has a silky smooth finish on the skin and glides on easily. After first use you can tell how well this product works, helping to close pores and leave skin feeling firm, yet nourished and soft at the same time.

Nu Skin Hair Prodcuts Review

I'm always searching for the perfect shampoo for my hair. Unfortunately I don't have much luck when it comes to hair products. Most things leave my hair dull, oily and quite frankly just rank. There's nothing worse than hair that just doesn't do what you tell it to do.

I try to wash my hair every third day, after the second day I usually use (a lot of) dry shampoo and hair volumizing products.

Recently I have been using the Nu Skin balancing shampoo and the weightless conditioner. And I'm so happy with the results.

When it comes to any sort of product the smell is really important for me. Whether it's going on my hair, face or body; it has to smell nice. And thankfully, the Nu Skin hair products smell divine. They have quite a citrus, sweet smell.

After a few weeks of use I have noticed that my hair is softer, doesn't get as tangled and I use a lot less dry shampoo. I do however use two washes of shampoo and only condition the ends.

I have been using the Renu Hair Mask once a week now, and the results are amazing. My hair looks and feels so much healthier considering I haven't had it cut since the summer. Awful. I know, but I'm so lazy (scared) when it comes to getting my hair cut.
