The Perfect Gift For Christmas With Astley Clarke

Sunday, 15 December 2019

This blog post features gifted products and affiliate links.

When it comes to gifting this year, I feel like it's so hard to by something someone needs, wants and will love.

With all of the sales around this time of year, people are more frivolous with their money and tend to get what they want already, and I'm there stuck thinking what am I supposed to get for you?

When Astley Clarke gifted me these gorgeous pieces, I thought this would make the perfect Christmas present for those who want to surprise their partner, mother, daughter etc.

These gorgeous pieces are a little bit of luxury for everyday. Over the last few year, I have really been enjoying gold jewellery. I feel like there are so many different tones of gold and each one looks lovely on every skin tone.

Astley Clarke pieces are a mix of 14 & 18 carat golf plated vermeil and solid gold, making them more durable than other gold-plated pieces on the market.

For me, luxury pieces are all bout the quality of an item, and that's exactly what Astley Clarke is. I've been wearing their pieces for a few years now and I always receive compliments on how gorgeous the pieces are.

Arriving beautifully gift wrapped, all you need to do is pick the right style for your loved one.

So this Christmas, give the gift of jewellery, it's a safe bet that she will love the piece, and will always remember you when she puts that piece on.

Luzz Accessories X Jewellery From Turkey

Thursday, 3 December 2015

Wing Earrings | 5 Arrow Earrings Luzz Accessories (*)

When it comes to jewellery you all know I love the understated pieces. Something that's not too big, and not too much going on.

These pieces from Luzz Accessories are the perfect pieces for this season. These pieces have come all the way from Turkey. Being Turkish Cypriot, I have been visiting Turkey since I was a little girl and I have always loved visiting the many beautiful boutiques and markets looking at the stunning jewellery they have to offer. I love the fact that we can now visit online stores and have them delivered to our doors.

I can see myself wearing the first pair to all my Christmas parties as it has that little bit of sparkle that'll be perfect with any Christmas dress.

While the other is perfect for my everyday outfits. It's become a staple for me. You can wear this one a few different ways. The first, you can wear as shown in the images above with the detailing across the front. However you can also take the arrow section and place behind the ear, allowing just the stud to be shown at the front.

What do you think of these pieces? How would you wear them?

I am a sucker for silver, I am also a sucker for rings, and lets not mention how much of a sucker I am for middi rings...

There's something so effortless about wearing silver jewellery that I can't seem to get enough of. This beautiful piece was sent me by etailPR and Burns Jewellery and I can't seem to take it off since.

I love the shape of this design. The little dip in the middle adds another dimension which allows the ring to be worn on it's own or stacked with other rings.

By the way, who likes my new little set up. I've been trying to find ways to make things look beautiful, and I feel like I may never learn how to beautifully create a flat lay, but hey ho, there's no harm in trying.

Back to this ring. It's silver plated with a 12 month guarantee. Also did I mention that it is extremely cheap. For only £9.99 you can wear a silver ring, (bye bye high street brass rings that cost the same price).

Although I am more of a sterling silver type of girl, it's great to find the odd silver plated piece as it's cheaper. The only issue that I personally find with silver plating is that if you get your hands wet, the plating tends to rub off, so you'll need to pop the ring on and off whilst washing your hands in order to maintain it in the best condition possible.

Make sure you check out the rest of the Burns Jewellery collections here.

I'm off to barcelona for the weekend today, so I will not be able to respond to any emails, until I get back on monday, when I'll be announcing something exciting. If you can't wait until then, check out my instagram (image of cronut).

What's your thoughts of silver plating? Let me know in the comments below.

Tresor Paris Spring Summer 15 Collection

Sunday, 15 February 2015

I'm telling you from now, if you haven't noticed yet SS15; everything is going to be plated in rose gold. And I for one certainly cannot get enough of it.

Tresor Paris's new collection is visibly inspired by shapes and geometry. With this in mind the pieces are all cut in cute and interesting designs; think futuristic, yet the pieces still capture the true elegance that one associates with the brand.

To my surprise the lovely ladies explained to me that the crystals are cut the same way that diamonds are cut. No wonder everything sparkles so much.

My favourite pieces have to be the rings. I love the delicate detailing and you all know I'm a sucker for a statement ring. Even though the pieces are quite large, and they are covered in crystals they do not come across as 'bling', or too in your face. They are elegant and reasonably priced for such luxurious pieces.

Every item is either 18 carat gold plated, silver or stainless steel. the brands collection oozes sophistication as well as quality and quirky designs

Did you know that Tresor Paris has collaborated with PPQ? I didn't, I love hearing stories about brands and how they have developed over the years.

Pieces can be bought online at www.tresorparis.com or you can visit any Earnest Jones and Beaverbrooks to have a look at the collections.

What's your favourite piece from the collection?

Lots of Love
